The 2011 Edelman Trust Barometer is out and reveals good news for corporate CEO’s. For the first time in several year trust in them has improved. Down load the Executive Summary here.
The majority of Americans believe that civil behavior is bad and will continue to erode. Further they reveal that their performance has been affected by a lack of it. To read the study “Civility in America 2011“, click here.
Earlier this year, a study from Booz & Co, “The Power of the Post-Recession Consumer” provided valuable insight on the changes in consumerism in America. Anyone engaged in commerce – which is all of us, right – should study this report.
Another good study on civility in America was released by the University of Baltimore “The Baltimore Workplace Civility Study”.
